How to make stir-fried pork rolls:
Step 1: Marinating the pork
- Wash the pork, slice thinly, then drain.

- Clean and finely chop the turmeric, put it in a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon of fermented rice, 3 teaspoons of shrimp paste. Crush the turmeric, squeeze out the essence, add it to the bowl of chopped turmeric, then add 1 tablespoon of water and mix well.
- Use a strainer to filter the mixture of shrimp paste, turmeric, and fermented rice, discard the sediment, pour the liquid into the bowl of meat, mix well, and marinate the meat for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the vegetables
- Wash the tomatoes, trim the flowers, soak the cucumbers in diluted saltwater for about 20 minutes, then rinse well and slice.
- Peel the onions, cut them into wedges similar to tomatoes.
- Clean and chop garlic chives, coriander, remove wilted leaves, wash thoroughly, and finely chop.
- Peel and finely chop shallots. Wash horn peppers, slice thinly.
Step 3: Steps for stir-frying the meat
- Heat oil in a pan, add shallots, sauté until fragrant, then add onions, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Stir-fry over high heat for about 3 minutes.
- Quickly stir the meat in the pan for about 3 minutes until cooked and not watery. Add garlic chives, coriander, and chili to the pan, stir well, season to taste, then turn off the heat.

- Place the meat on a plate, arrange cucumber slices around it, and garnish with tomato flowers. Serve hot with rice.
