- 200g Tomatoes
- 80g Meat
- Dong Glass Noodles

– Shallots
– Onions, Garlic, Cilantro
– Seasonings: bouillon powder, young fish sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, MSG, sugar, cooking oil, table salt…

Preparation of Ingredients for Tomato-Stuffed Meat with Oyster Sauce
– Thoroughly wash the tomatoes, remove the stem, and cut off about 1/3 – 1/4 of the bottom. Then, scoop out all the seeds and pulp and set aside in a bowl.
– Soak Morel Mushrooms in hot water until fully expanded, then rinse thoroughly and finely slice or chop.
– Soak Dong Glass Noodles in lukewarm water until slightly soft, then drain and chop finely.
– Cut Shallots into small pomegranate-shaped pieces.
– Finely mince Red Onions and Garlic.
– Wash Cilantro thoroughly, divide into two portions, finely slice one portion and finely mince the other.
Steps to Prepare Tomato-Stuffed Meat with Oyster Sauce
Step 1: Prepare the meat filling mixture
– Mix minced meat with glass noodles, wood ear mushrooms, shallots, a bit of red onions and garlic, finely minced cilantro, add a pinch of bouillon powder and pepper.
– Stuffing method for tomato-stuffed meat: Start by coating the inside of the tomato with a bit of cooking oil, then fill it with the meat mixture, press the filling tightly with a spoon or chopstick.

Step 2: Fry the tomato-stuffed meat
Heat oil in a pan, wait until hot, then place the stuffed tomatoes for frying. Fry until one side turns golden brown, then flip and fry the other side until evenly golden brown. Turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
Step 3: Prepare the oyster sauce
– Sauté finely chopped onions and garlic until fragrant, then add the tomato pulp along with 4 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, and 3 tablespoons of water.
– Bring to a boil, then add the fried tomato-stuffed meat and simmer over low heat for about 2 minutes to let the sauce mixture soak into the tomatoes. Then turn off the heat.

Serve the tomato-stuffed meat with oyster sauce on a plate, drizzle with a bit more oyster sauce, and garnish with cilantro leaves to enhance the flavor.
