To print individual sections in Word, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Word document you want to print individual sections from. In the example below, the document spans 11 pages and contains multiple sections.
Step 2: You need to check the sequential order of sections during pagination. To determine this, simply right-click on the Status bar, select Section.
Step 3: The application will display corresponding information on the status bar as depicted below:
Step 4: Once the Section information is displayed, simply select and print the corresponding text for that sequential number. To do this, click on the File menu -> select Print or use the shortcut Ctrl + P.
On the left display window, under the Pages section, simply enter the Section number you want to print (for example: to print Section 1, type s1) -> Finally, press Enter to print.
