Method 1. Purchase Viettel 4G SIM and switch to 4G package at home:
The fee for home SIM replacement is 30,000 VND/sim (20,000 shipping fee + 10,000 SIM replacement fee), which will be credited back to your account. For details, contact: 18008198 (free of charge).
Note: SIM replacement at home is currently only available in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Method 2. Purchase Viettel 4G SIM and switch to 4G package at transaction center:
This method applies to all customers nationwide. Simply bring your phone to the nearest Viettel transaction center for assistance in switching to a new 4G-supported SIM card. The cost of purchasing a Viettel 4G SIM is 10k, and you will receive a refund of 10k immediately after activation into your SIM account.
