Step 1: Firstly, open your messaging app and compose a message with the syntax: GC send 195.
Method 3: Checking your Viettel package via My Viettel app
Viettel offers their customers the My Viettel application. With this app, you can check your sim registration information, incurred charges, current package usage... If you haven't downloaded this software yet, please visit the link below to download it.
Download My Viettel to your phone:
- Get My Viettel for Android: My Viettel for Android
- Get My Viettel for iOS: My Viettel for iOS
Step 1: Once you've installed the My Viettel app on your device, proceed to open this app.
Step 2: Click on 'Log in' then enter your phone number, OTP code to log in. If you're unsure how to register this account, you can refer to the article on My Viettel registration by Mytour.
Step 3: After successfully logging in, at the top of the interface, click on the package name (under the Data usage section).
Step 4: In the next window, it will show you your current account information including remaining balance, expiry date. (If you want to change your package, click on 'Change package' below.)
