Here's how to retrieve your lost Kaspersky license without needing the activation code:
Step 1: Open the Run command window by pressing the Windows + R
Step 2: In the Run command window, type Appwiz.cpl and then click OK or press Enter to open the Programs and Features window.
Step 3: In the Programs and Features window, locate Kaspersky, right-click on it, and select Uninstall/Change.
Step 4: Now a confirmation dialog box appears on the screen, click Continue.
Step 5: Next, the Kaspersky setup wizard window appears on the screen. Click Next.
Step 6: On the next window, select License information and then click Next.
Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall Kaspersky.
After the uninstallation process is complete, restart your computer.
Step 7: Download and reinstall a copy of Kaspersky. The Kaspersky setup will automatically use the previously saved license information to activate the copy of Kaspersky.
