Step 1: Visit the Viet ID Homepage at the link Here.
Step 2: From the login screen, right-click on the Forgot Password line;
Step 3: In the Password Recovery window, enter your Email or Phone Number used to register your Lotus account. After entering the information, click Next ;
Step 4: The system will send a confirmation code to your Phone Number or Email for verification. If you provided an email, check your inbox to confirm the password reset request.
You can click Agree to Reset Password or the link below, both are acceptable.
Step 5: The browser will take you to the Reset Password screen. Here, enter a new password in the information box, then click OK to complete.
After successfully changing the password, the browser will display a notification dialog as follows.
