Guide to Recovering GameTV Plus Password
The password recovery feature for users is integrated directly on the GameTV Plus website interface. Alternatively, users can download and install the latest GameTV Plus software, which also includes this function.

Step 1: Open the GameTV Plus software on your computer. Click the Forgot Password button below the login box.
Step 2: Your browser will automatically access the GameTV Plus Forgot Password support page. Here, you enter your account email and select Recover Password.
Note: In case you didn't register email information when creating your GameTV Plus account, call the hotline: 0376-839-001 from the publisher for assistance.
Step 3: Access your Email account. Click on the confirmation email for Password Change Request from GameTV, choose Reset Password.
Step 4: In the newly opened Reset Password window on your browser, enter your new password and confirm the password, then select Update.
Immediately, the system will display a notification of successful password change as illustrated below. Now you can use the new password to log in to GameTV Plus and use it as usual.
