To retrieve your Techcombank e-Banking password without visiting the bank directly, you can perform online with the following 4 steps.
Step 1: Access the website https://ib.techcombank.com.vn or click directly HERE
Step 2: Select the Forgot password option on the website as described in the image below.
Step 3: The Password Recovery interface will appear -> you provide the required information:
- Enter your ID card/Passport/ID number.
- ATM card number: enter the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits.
- Enter the PIN code (password) of the ATM card.
Then click Execute to verify the information.
The system will send you an OTP code, note that this code contains both letters and numbers -> and you enter the OTP verification code sent to the registered phone number.
Step 4: Create a new password and re-enter the new password to confirm the creation of the new password.
Note: The password must be between 6 - 8 characters containing both letters and numbers, not identical to the previous password, and must include both uppercase and lowercase letters. The password cannot contain spaces, Vietnamese accents, and cannot match the last 3 passwords.
