Find back your Zalo password, recover forgotten Zalo password
Step 1: To recover your Zalo password, start the Zalo app, click on the Login section, then click on Recover password on the interface immediately after.
Step 2: Next, enter the phone number you used to register for Zalo into the required field and click Continue
Step 3: At this point, you will receive a notification that there will be a call from the Zalo hotline to announce the activation code, you need to click Confirm to confirm that the phone number above is yours
Step 4: After receiving the verification code, enter this code into the Enter activation code field and then click Continue.
You will receive a successful login notification immediately after. However, you should update your new password for your Zalo account as well as easily log in for future.
Applicable to old version of Zalo
Step 3: You will receive a call from the Zalo hotline to read the activation code, please remember this code and enter it into the Enter activation code field, then click Activate
In case Zalo reports an error that you have requested to receive the activation code more than the specified number of times even though you have only requested once, please click Send message in the notification dialog box.
You will be redirected to the message window, where Zalo has prepared the syntax ZALO send 8037 for you or you can compose this syntax yourself. Then you will receive the activation code to activate your account with the same phone number you used to send the message.
- Note
- You will be charged 1,000đ to the main account of the phone number that sent the message, so check your account before performing this action.
Step 4: After entering the code and successfully activating, the Zalo app will switch to the screen to enter a new password. You just need to enter the new password in 2 boxes (the same) to continue logging in and using your account
