Guide to Reducing Video File Size with Format Factory
Step 1: Download and install Format Factory software on your computer

Step 2: Open Format Factory software, select the video format you want to export after reducing file size. For example, Mytour wants to export video in MP4 format after reducing file size.
Step 3: Next, choose Output Setting at the top right corner.
Step 4: Under the Video tab, adjust the settings for Video Codec, Bitrate, and FPS as follows:
- Video Codec: AVC (H264)
- Bitrate: 2400 or 5000
- FPS: Defaults or 29.97
=> Then, press OK to proceed.
Step 5: Select the folder to save the video file after reducing file size in the top left corner of the screen, press Add Files to add video.
Step 6: Select the video you want to reduce file size with Format Factory => press Open.
Step 7: Press OK at the bottom of the screen.
Step 8: Press Start to begin the process of reducing video file size with Format Factory.
Step 9: This process may take a few minutes. Once completed, the video status will change to Complete, the green arrow icon indicates the reduced file size compared to the original video. Press the Play icon to watch the video.
You can compare the specifications of the original video with the video after reducing file size using Format Factory, by right-clicking on each video and selecting Properties. The video quality remains unchanged, colors remain true to the original file, but the file size is significantly reduced.
