Requirements for Online University, College Admission 2016
Candidates registering for online university admission in 2016 must have a mobile phone number in the registration form. Candidates who have registered for admission in the preliminary exam, and those who have graduated from a university or college and have entered data for majors and subject combinations.
Step 1: Candidates use the account provided during university, college admission exam registration in 2016 to log in to the management system website. Candidates access it HERE.
Step 2: The login interface involves entering ID card number, login code, and verification code. Click Login to access the personal page.
Step 3: Select Enrollment Registration ->Register

Candidate information and enrollment session details will be displayed here.
Here, candidates need to enter the name of the university they want to enroll in, then click search. Click on the identified university and press Next.
Step 5: Choose the Major.
Note that the chosen university may be a member institution within a larger university. Therefore, you need to select the correct member institution. Then choose the desired major for enrollment and the selected subject combination for the university admission exam in 2016.
- Scenario of registering for group of universities:
Candidates can register for a maximum of 4 majors. In this, candidates can choose:
- Each preference is considered a member institution, equivalent to registering preferences at 4 different universities.
- Alternatively, each member institution can have 1 to 2 preferences -> Registering at 2 or 3 member institutions is acceptable.
- Scenario of registering for individual universities, or simultaneously individually and in a group of universities
+ The total number of universities a candidate can register for is 2, with a maximum of 2 majors per university.
Press Next to proceed to the next step.
Step 6: Confirm enrollment registration
Candidates need to use the phone number provided in the registration form and send a message with the following syntax:

Wait for the confirmation code to return, and you need to enter it in the confirmation box on the enrollment registration page. Press Next to proceed to the next step.
Note that you need to use the correct phone number registered for the university admission exam to send the message. The confirmation code will only be valid for 30 minutes, so candidates need to promptly enter this code in the confirmation box.
Step 7: Complete the enrollment registration.
Thus, candidates have completed the university and college admission registration in 2016. You can double-check the registered preferences by clicking the button to go back to the registration form list.
Enter the confirmation code from the phone and press the Confirm registration button.
Press OK to confirm the registration information.
Go back to the registration form list to check the information submitted online.
If the registration status is successful, it means you have successfully completed the online enrollment registration.
If you want to print, press the print button to get the registration form for university and college admission in 2016.
Notes when registering for admission
- If candidates do not have a phone number or enter the wrong mobile number, they need to submit a request and go directly to the document reception point for supplementation/adjustment.
- For universities and colleges without information on majors and subject combinations for selection, candidates will not proceed with online admission registration but submit the exam registration form by post or directly at the institution.
- Candidates double-check the registered results, print the preference registration list (if needed).
- If you have any inquiries related to admission registration and obtaining the confirmation code, you can contact the hotline number: 18008000 extension 2 for assistance.
- At each step, the system has alerted candidates about the number of preferences registered. Candidates need to consider before proceeding to the next step.
- After confirmation, the candidate's admission registration information cannot be modified.
- Candidates have 10 days to register for online admission in preference 1 from August 1 to August 11, ending one day earlier than postal or direct submission at the institution.
