How to renew Health Insurance on VssID
Step 1. Download the VssID app on your phone.
Step 2. Open the VssID app, proceed to Log in with your VssID account. If you don't have an account, choose Sign up for an account. On the main screen of the app, select Public services.
Step 3. Select the service Renew damaged or lost health insurance card > Delivery address for results > choose one of two methods. The first is Receiving and returning results at the reception department > Send, you will have the address and Email of the Social Insurance Agency to receive the new health insurance card.
Step 4. With the method Through postal services, fill in the information such as: Delivery address, House number, Street name,... then press Send. Postal service fees are borne by you.
Step 5. After that, BHXHVN will send you an OTP code. Return to the VssID app to enter the OTP code and press Confirm to complete the process of renewing the damaged or lost health insurance card.
