* Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a payment account with SHB. If you do not have one, you can open an SHB account when you meet the condition of being at least 18 years old.

- Proof of identity such as ID card/citizenship card/passport
- Application form for Internet Banking service, opening payment account following the template provided by SHB bank

* Registration process
Different from VPBank's Internet Banking registration, registering for SBH Internet Banking service requires you to visit the bank's branch/transaction office.
Step 1: Visit the nearest branch/transaction office of SHB bank. You can call SHB hotline to find out the nearest SHB bank branch. Hotline: 1800.5888.56.
Step 2: After arriving at the bank branch/transaction office, take a queue number and wait for your turn to be served.
Step 3: When it's your turn, present your ID card/citizenship card/passport, and request the staff to register for SHB Internet Banking.
Step 4: The bank staff will provide you with a registration form, which you will fill in with complete and accurate information.
Step 5: After completing the registration form, submit it to the transaction staff and wait for their confirmation.
Step 6: Subsequently, you will receive SHB Internet Banking service information and can use it normally.

- Fee for internal transfers, account checking within SHB system: Free of charge
- Fee for external transfers outside SHB bank is at least 9,900 VND per transaction
