Step 2: Log in to your account on Viettel.

Step 3: To register information for a new SIM, on the My Viettel app interface, swipe right, select 'other utilities', then choose 'register information'.
Step 4: Next, enter information about the subscriber number needing registration, SIM serial number, and select 'Continue'.
Step 5: Next, you need to upload information about your front and back ID card/CCCD and a portrait photo. Note that when taking the portrait photo, you should not wear a hat, glasses, and follow the system's instructions not to turn left, right, blink, or smile.
For cases where the portrait photo and personal information images do not match, the system will immediately alert the customer and will not allow registration of Viettel subscriber information as requested.
Step 6: You check the box 'I confirm that the information above is entirely accurate' and select electronic signature to supplement your personal signature, then press 'continue'.
Step 7: Enter the OTP code sent to the registered Viettel SIM card.
At this point, the system will return successfully registered subscriber information, and you can freely use the SIM card for calls, texts without worrying about one-way or two-way locks due to violations.
