During the process of composing and editing documents in Word, you may encounter instances where blank pages appear and you want to remove them to ensure the seamless flow of your text. Below is a guide on how to remove a page in Word, so let's dive in.

Deleting a page containing text or graphics
Simply navigate to the page you wish to delete, select all the content within that page, and press the Delete key on your keyboard to remove the page.

Place the mouse cursor at the end position of the previous page you want to delete and press Delete until all the whitespace on the page is removed.

Alternatively, position the mouse cursor at the beginning of the next page after the page to be deleted and press the Backspace key to delete.

Method 2

When segment marks appear, you will identify the cause of the whitespace. If there are segment marks at the beginning of each line in the blank page, it is due to redundant text. Select all and press Delete to remove.

If you stumble upon a blank page with the phrase Page Break or Section Break, it's likely you've accidentally inserted these breaks. Simply place your cursor before them and select Delete to remove all page or section breaks.

Above are the instructions on how to delete a single page in Word. Hopefully, using these methods, you'll be able to remove any blank pages in your Word document. Wishing you success!
