3. Removing Windows 11 Passwords by Creating a Local Account
- The Local Account has been created. However, it currently holds Standard Account privileges. Follow the steps below to assign administrative privileges to this account.
Step 8: To change the account type to Administrator, click on the account name listed in Settings > Account > Family & other users > Other users.
Step 9: Click on the Change account type button next to the Account options.
Step 10: In the Change account type window, click on the dropdown menu under Account type.
Step 11: Select Administrator from the list and click OK to save the changes.

Step 6: Leave the other fields blank and click Finish. That way, the Windows 11 computer login password has been removed.
In general, you shouldn't remove the Windows 11 computer login password for security reasons. However, if you're the sole user of that computer, you can remove the password for convenience. Additionally, remember to change the Windows 11 password regularly.
