How to Remove Messenger Contacts on Android

Launch Messenger on your Android device. Look for the blue chat bubble icon with a white lightning bolt inside. Typically, it’s located on the home screen or in the app drawer.

• Employ this technique if you intend to eliminate all contacts that Facebook Messenger has automatically synced from your Android.
• If any of those contacts are your Facebook friends, they will remain connected on Messenger.

Tap on your profile picture. Located at the top of your screen.

Scroll down and select People. Positioned around the middle of the menu.
