Dial +8400000023Firstly, check your current message center by dialing:
#50057672#and press call. You'll receive a message “Setting Interrogation Succeeded Service Center Address +84xxxxxxx”. In this message, the number “+84xxxxxxx” is your message center number.
After getting the message center number, compare it with the one displayed on your phone. If it's different, delete this center by typing:
##5005*7672#and press Call. Finally, reset your message center again by using the keypad: **50057672+84xxxxxxx#

- Choose Reset Network Settings, then confirm the reset as shown below.
Wait a few minutes for the network settings reset process to complete, then try sending a text message to your own number. If it's iMessage causing the problem, you can turn it off by accessing Settings => Messages => iMessage and toggle it off. After that, try sending messages as usual.
