To restore deleted photos on an Android device, we'll use a software called DiskDigger Photo Recovery.
Step 1: You can search and install the app from the Google Play Store or access the link below:

Step 2: After installation, open the app and tap on the Start Basic Photo Scan button to scan your phone's memory.

Step 3: Once the app finishes scanning your phone's memory, select the photos you want to recover and then tap the Recover button at the top...

Step 4: A new window will appear. Choose the option Save the file to a custom location on your device (to save the photos to your phone's memory), then select the folder where you want to save the photos and tap OK.
