Step 1: Access the Notes app from your iPhone or iPad screen.
Step 2: Navigate to 'All' section on your iPhone. This section stores all notes on your iPhone, including the ones temporarily deleted by users. Tap the square icon at the bottom left corner of the screen to access Recently Deleted section.
Step 3: In Recently Deleted section, you can choose notes created recently still stored on the device. Once selected, press Move to button to restore the note to the iPhone's notes folder.
Note that this storage holds a maximum of 30 days. Hence, notes stored beyond 30 days might be difficult to recover. In such cases, unfortunately, note recovery isn't feasible.
