Step 1: You proceed to log in to Zalo, access Zalo on your device, and choose any conversation in messages or Contacts on Zalo.
Step 2: In the conversation interface, tap the Menu icon (three dashes) to access options for the conversation. Here, select the Find Messages option to be able to review old Zalo messages on Android.
Also on this settings page, you can activate functions such as:
- Receive notifications: Function to receive chat notifications on Zalo.
- Shared images: A place to collect images shared by users in the chat.
- Set wallpaper: You can choose from the wallpapers provided by Zalo to set as your Zalo wallpaper.
- Block this person: Function allows users to block conversation with Zalo users in this chat afterwards. To activate this function, simply toggle the Off >On button.
- Delete messages: Delete selected messages or all Zalo messages.
Furthermore, users can also add friends to this chat.
Step 3: To review old Zalo messages on Android, you just need to type in the nearest keyword you remember about that message. Depending on the number of messages containing the search keyword, you can use the quick navigation tool between Zalo keywords below.
