Prevent Font Glitches in PowerPoint
Step 1: Start PowerPoint and create your slides as usual. When finished, go to the File tab > select Options.
Step 2: In the Options dialog, navigate to the Save section on the left > scroll down to find Embed fonts in the file.
Step 3: Once you've located Embed fonts in the file, checkmark it. Two optional items will appear:
- Embedding only used characters: This option is suitable for sending PowerPoint files for others to view without editing, resulting in a lighter file.
- Embedding all characters: This option is suitable for sending and editing, but the file will be heavier.
Step 4: Once you've selected the options that fit, simply press OK to finish.
