Note: The meeting scheduling feature applies to all Microsoft Teams accounts. However, with free accounts, the scheduling feature will be streamlined for certain items compared to free accounts for education and paid accounts. Step 2: On the Microsoft Teams interface, click on 'Calendar' on the left toolbar of the Teams software, then click on 'New Meeting'.

+ Choose the Time zone and select the time zone as UTC + 7:00
+ Meeting Title: Enter the name of your group/organization's meeting
+ Required Attendees: Can be colleagues, supervisors, or any authorized person. If meeting participants are not members of the organization or school, you can enter their email address to invite them. Teams will automatically send invitations to that member as a guest - even if they don't have a Teams account, they can still join the meeting.
+ Enter the start time, end time of the meeting

+ Apply Channel: Choose the channel, group to apply the meeting schedule by selecting the dropdown arrow to set privacy modes for the meeting.
