1 - Press the 'gear' button on the remote.
2 - Select 'All settings'.
Step 3: Select 'General Settings'.
Step 4: Choose 'Scheduled Tasks'.
Step 5: Customize options like 'Sleep Timer', 'Wake Timer', 'Power Off Timer', and 'Auto Power Off after 2 hours' based on your preferences.
Step 1: Press the 'gear icon' button on the remote to access the main interface of your LG TV.
Step 2: Navigate to 'All Settings'.
Step 3: Navigate to 'General Settings'.
Step 4: Proceed to select 'Timer'.
Step 5: Within the timer section, adjust settings such as 'Sleep Timer', 'Wake Timer', 'Power Off Timer', and 'Auto Power Off after 2 hours' according to your usage needs.
'Sleep Timer'
Using this setting, your TV will automatically turn off at a fixed time interval predetermined by the TV, you cannot select a custom time in this section.
Step 1: Choose the 'Sleep Timer' option.
Step 2: Select your desired time interval, as shown in the image, '20 min' (20 minutes).
Automated Schedule Repeat: Select the days of the week you want the TV to automatically turn on at the specified custom time setting.
Input Source: Choose the input source you want the TV to open to after it automatically turns on. For example, selecting 'TV' will open the TV channel, while selecting 'HDMI 1' will display content from an external device connected to HDMI 1 port.
Scheduled Channel: Select the channel you want to be displayed after the TV automatically turns on.
Volume: Choose the volume level for when the TV automatically turns on.
Scheduled Turn-Off: When using this setting, the TV will automatically turn off precisely at the time you have scheduled.
By using this setting, the TV will automatically turn off at the exact time you have scheduled.
Step 1: Select the 'Scheduled Turn-Off' option.
Step 2: Toggle the switch labeled 'On/Off' as shown in the image to enable the scheduled turn-off setting.
In this section, there are only 2 adjustments: 'Hour' and 'Repeat Scheduled Turn-Off' set similarly to the 'Scheduled Turn-On' setting.

When activated, the TV will automatically power off if there is no activity within 2 hours.
