While iPhone lacks a built-in app to lock photos with a password, we can secure our photos using a note-taking app.
Step 1: Open the Notes app on your phone.
Method 1: Access notes through the app icon on your home screen.

Method 2: Open the note-taking app from the Control Center panel (swipe up from the bottom of the screen).

Step 2: Once the Notes app is open, proceed to select the Camera (1) option and choose the image capture modes (2) to add photos to your note.
- Select Image or Video: Choose from existing photos or videos on your phone.
- Take Photo or Record Video: Capture photos, record videos directly with the Camera.

Step 3: After successfully adding images to your Note, select the Options (1) menu and choose Lock (2) to lock the Note file.

Step 4: Now, the Note Lock window appears, and you select to enter a password to create a Note locking password (can be locked with Touch ID/Face ID).

Step 5: Finally, press the Lock icon on the toolbar to lock the Note.

Step 6: With just these simple steps, you have successfully locked photos and videos on your iPhone through Notes.
Now, proceed to access the Album (Photos) again to delete the photos we added to the note. At this point, no one will see those photos anymore.

Step 7: If you ever need to save images from Notes to your phone for later use, here's what you do:
Simply Press and hold on the image, then choose Share. Afterward, select Save to device and you're all set.
