How to Check Who You're Following on Facebook
Step 1: First, you need to update the Facebook app to the latest version to follow the steps outlined below.

For users:
Click on the user's name you want to unfollow on Facebook --> Select the black checkmark icon --> Tick the Unfollow option to stop seeing updates from that user on Facebook.
The checkmark icon, once a checkmark, is now a plus sign. This means you've successfully unfollowed that user on Facebook.
For Fanpages:
Click on the Fanpage name you want to unfollow on Facebook --> Select Following --> Tick Unfollow to stop seeing updates, news, or videos from that Fanpage.
