Step 2: Right-click on the speaker icon in the system tray, select Recording devices

Step 7: Access Control Panel via the Start Menu, navigate to Speech Recognition.
Step 8: Choose Set up microphone to configure recognition, set up the microphone following the instructions.
Step 9: Here, you select to set up the recording microphone according to the device connected to your computer:
Headset Microphone: A microphone that is built-in, inside the headset.
Desktop Microphone: A microphone used for recording placed on the desk.
Microphone: A regular microphone that we usually connect to karaoke systems for singing.
After selecting the appropriate device, click Next.
Step 10: As shown in the Mytour image, select to install the microphone on the headset, the window will guide you.
Position the microphone about 1 inch (2.54cm) away from your mouth
Avoid exhaling too strongly directly into the microphone
Make sure you are not muting the sound
Then proceed to click Next.
Step 11: Speak loudly and clearly the highlighted English sentences as shown in the image to allow the system to receive, process, and adjust your microphone accordingly, then click Next.
Step 12: The system will notify that the microphone setup is complete, click Finish to complete the process.
