How to set up power-off when folding down your laptop
Step 1: On the Desktop screen, press Start or the Windows key. Select Control Panel.
Step 2: Proceed to the Hardware and Sound section in Control Panel.
Step 3: Go to Power Options. This is the section for adjusting the battery performance of your laptop, where you can adjust screen brightness, different modes when plugged in or using laptop battery.
Step 4: At Control Panel Home, select Choose what closing the lid does.
