To download the app on your iOS device, you need an iTunes Store account to be able to download from the App Store.

Step 1: After successfully installing Skype on your phone, open the Skype app -> select Create Account to register for a Skype account on the software you just installed.
Step 2: Press I Agree to accept the terms of use that Skype requires.

- Skype Name: Enter the Skype username you want to create. Remember to keep your Skype name as it is important for future logins or for logging in on another device.

Wait a few seconds for the system to create your account, and you'll have your own Skype account. If your device asks if you agree to Skype accessing your microphone, select Allow or OK to start chatting with friends on Skype.
