Sending files via Zalo on your phone.

Sending files from Google Drive to Zalo on computer allows you to send files of all formats, from images to documents, and you can choose to send multiple files at once.

Step 1: On your computer, open Zalo PC and log in. Click on the person you want to send the file to from Google Drive. Look below the message composition area, click the three dots.

Click on 'Share File from Google Drive'.

Step 2: In Google Drive, click 'Sign in'.

Step 3: Now, you'll be redirected to the web browser. Click on the account you're sending the file from in Google Drive as shown below.
- Available account: Default login in the browser.
- Use another account: If you want to use a different account, not the default one.

Step 4: Scroll down and click 'Allow'.

Now, you'll receive a successful notification as shown.

Step 5: Open the Zalo PC application, you'll see all your Google Drive data displayed. Drag and select the file you want to send.
Note: You can send multiple files at once depending on your needs.

Step 6: After you've made your selection, click on 'SEND'.

Immediately, the file from Google will be sent, displayed as shown below:

Note:
- When sending files from Google Drive to Zalo on your phone, Zalo only allows you to send images, and you can send one image/file at a time. Therefore, consider carefully before sending.
- Update to the latest version of Zalo:
+ Download Zalo for Android
+ Download Zalo for iPhone

Step 1: On your phone, open and log into Zalo, then select the person you want to send the file to from Google Drive. Look at the bottom of the interface, click on the three dots (Image 1). Depending on the options, click on 'Documents' (Image 2).

Step 2: Click on 'Drive' containing the document you want to send (Image 3). Then, the items will appear as shown in Image 4:
- Starred: Click here if you want to send a starred file.
- My Drive: Click here if you want to send a file from your drive.
- Shared with me: Click here to share a file sent to you by someone else.

Step 3: Browse the screen to choose the appropriate file, then click on that file (Image 5). Immediately, that file will be sent (Image 6).
