This guide will show you how to easily share your Keynote presentations online.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Utilizing Keynote Live

Open your Keynote presentation on your Mac. Keynote Live enables seamless sharing of your presentations in real-time.

Click on the Keynote Live button, located in the toolbar at the top of Keynote, to initiate the live sharing feature.

Click on 'Continue' in the pop-up window to generate an invitation link for your presentation.

Select 'Invite Viewers' to choose how to invite attendees to your live presentation.

Choose your preferred invitation method, such as sending the link via email, iMessage, or copying the link to share in video conferencing software.

Click 'Play Now' to immediately share your presentation live with anyone who has the link.

Conclude your presentation by clicking on the Keynote Live button and selecting 'Turn Off Keynote Live'.
Embedding on a Website

Access your Keynote presentation and prepare to embed it on your website by opening it on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad.

Select the Collaborate button, represented by a person icon with a plus sign, to proceed.

On iPhone or iPad, tap 'Share Options'. Skip this step if you're using a Mac.

Choose 'Anyone with the link' from the 'Who can access' pop-up menu to ensure proper display of your presentation on your website.

Select 'View only' from the 'Permissions' menu to prevent unauthorized editing of your presentation.

Click or tap 'Copy Link'. This will save a link to your Keynote presentation to your clipboard.
