For many who regularly present in online classes or meetings, they surely appreciate the screen sharing feature. Understanding this, Zalo Group has integrated the screen sharing feature on Zavi to facilitate easy information exchange, leading to higher productivity.
Download the latest version of Zavi software on your computer:
Guide to Screen Sharing on Zavi
Step 1: Create or access an online meeting room on Zavi.
Step 2: Click on the Share Screen button, located below the menu bar, on the left side.
Step 3: A notification will appear, click on the Start Sharing button.
Step 4: Immediately, your camera will be turned off and replaced with an image of your screen actions. The image will be shared with participants in the meeting.
A red frame will appear around the working screen to indicate that you are sharing your screen as illustrated below.
Step 5: To end, simply click on the Stop Sharing button located below the menu bar.
