Method 1: Display Samsung lock screen notifications using the Notification feature
Step 2: In the App Info window, tap on the Notifications section, then slide the toggle under Show Notifications to activate it.
Step 3: Even though notifications are enabled, the lock screen still doesn't display any notifications from the app. In this case, you should tap on the Lock Screen option.
A new dialog will open, if the option is set to Don't show notifications , you should reset it to Show Content .
