
The Sheet Tab bar is where you'll find the Sheets of a Workbook, offering a glimpse of which Sheets are currently active. Typically, this bar is situated at the bottom left corner of the Excel window.

During your usage, you might accidentally turn off (hide) the Sheet Tab bar, or receive a spreadsheet from someone who has hidden it. So, how do you make the Sheet Tab bar visible again? Today, Software Tips will guide you on customizing the visibility of the Sheet Tab bar according to your needs. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to File and select Options.

Step 2: Open the Excel Options window, click on the Advanced

Step 3: The attempt to hide the Sheet Tab bar by deselecting the Show sheet tabs option. The result is that the bar is now hidden:

Note: To check if any Sheets are hidden, move the mouse to the Sheet tab bar, right-click on the open Sheet's name (1), select Unhide (2).

The Unhide window will appear, listing any hidden Sheets. Double-click on the name of the Sheet you want to make visible.
