Unlocking Multiple Gmail Signatures
Step 1: To enable multiple Gmail signatures, head to your Gmail settings by clicking on the Settings gear icon and selecting Settings.
Step 2: In the settings, navigate to the Lab section and search for 'Canned Responses' by author Chad P.
Then, activate this feature by clicking Enable.
Step 3: Once you've activated the 'Canned Responses' mode, scroll down to the bottom to Save Changes for the settings you've just configured.
Step 4: Now, proceed to compose a regular email, and we'll begin creating a Gmail signature directly here.
Step 5: Click on the arrow icon as shown below, select Canned Responses, and then click on New Canned Response to create a new one.
When prompted to name this new profile, enter the desired name and click OK. In this example, we'll name the profile Mytour for easier visualization.
