Step 2: Within the Backup & Restore window, toggle on the automatic backup feature by pressing the switch under Auto Backup. You can then customize Zalo to backup daily, weekly, or monthly as per your preference.
Next, press the Backup button in green to immediately backup your messages.
Upon successful backup, a notification will appear as shown below. Besides backing up Zalo messages, it also allows us to backup photos. If you wish to backup photos, press Yes and then select your Google account for backup.
Thus, we have successfully synced Zalo messages on the phone.
Navigate to C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\ZaloPC
In this directory, YourUserName refers to your computer account name.
If you can't find the AppData folder, select View -> Hidden items
Upon opening the ZaloPC folder, you'll encounter a directory named with numbers. This directory stores various account data like messages, images, and videos.
Make a copy of this folder to another location such as Drive D or Drive E for backup. To restore, simply copy the Zalo PC folder back.
