Step 1: Go to Google Photos at https://www.google.com/photos/about/ or click directly HERE

Step 4: To transfer photos and videos from Google Drive to Google Photos, select the location containing the photo or video data -> then select the photo or video -> then click on Upload to upload photos, videos to Google Photos.
