Step 1: Backup Messages

On the main interface of the Zalo app, select the four square icon--> Choose the sawtooth icon to access Settings.
Scroll down and select the Backup and Restore Messages line--> Proceed to click on the Backup feature.
The Zalo message backup process is complete. On the screen, there will be 2 notifications, including: Do you want to back up photos to Google Drive and do you want Zalo to automatically back up messages? You can choose No or Yes according to your usage purpose.
After successfully backing up Zalo messages, the app will display detailed information about the date and time you performed this task.
Step 2: Restore Messages
