Step 4: Scroll down and select Build number 7 times until the message 'you are now a developer!' appears on the Android 9 Pie device screen.
Step 5: Finally, enable the developer option on your device.
Step 6: To check if the developer option is activated, go to Settings => System => Advanced => Developer options.
Now you can use developer settings on your Android 9 Pie device.
