The Zalo app is gaining popularity among Vietnamese, especially the younger generation. Beyond free calls, users can send images, voice messages, or videos at incredibly fast speeds. Zalo frequently updates the app and makes changes to some messaging interfaces, resulting in constant update notifications. To turn off Zalo notifications on Android, follow a few simple steps:

How to Disable Zalo Notifications on Android

Step 1: Open your Android phone and select the 'Settings' option (Figure 1). Then, gently swipe up to find 'Apps and notifications' and choose that option (Figure 2).

Step 2: At this point, the interface will display various applications. Choose the 'Zalo' app (Figure 3) (Note: If you don't see the Zalo app, click on 'View all ... apps' and swipe to find the Zalo app and click on it). After that, select 'Notifications' (Figure 4).
Step 3: Click on the small slider in the Display Notifications section to turn off notifications (Figure 5). Then, the Android phone interface will display the Zalo app with notifications turned off (Figure 6), indicating that you have successfully turned off Zalo notifications.
After completing the process of turning off Zalo notifications, updates for the app will no longer bother you. To receive notifications again, you just need to go back to step 3 and check the Slider to enable notifications option.
