Method 1: Uninstall the update via Settings
Step 1: Access Settings > navigate to Update & Security > Recovery
Step 2: Under the Go back to an early build section, select Get started.

Method 2: Uninstall Windows 10 Anniversary through advanced settings
This method is used if you haven't started the operating system after installing the Windows 10 Anniversary Update.
Step 1:First, while Windows is open, you access Update & security > Recovery > Advanced startup. Then select Restart now to put the computer in Recovery Mode. Now the computer will display options. Select Troubleshoot to continue. This will bring up the Advanced option screen.
Step 2: On the Advanced option screen, click on See more recovery options.
Step 3: Select Go back to the previous build.
Step 4: Select the administrator account currently in use on the computer.
Step 5: Enter the account password and click Continues to proceed.
Step 6: Finally, you click on Go back to the previous build to start restoring the previous Win 10 version.
