Unlinking Your Card on Zalopay via Mobile:
In this example, Mytour demonstrates unlinking Zalopay with Vietcombank. Similar steps apply to other banks.
Step 1: Open the Zalopay app on your phone.
Step 2: Click on the Link Bank and Choose the card you want to unlink.
Step 3: Tap on Settings with the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the screen, then select Unlink.
Step 4: Click on Login and fill in your account information. Press Login once again.
Step 5: Next, click Confirm and then click Close to finish.
For some banks, when unlinking Zalopay, users don't need to log in. Just enter the OPT code sent to your phone.
