Step 1: Identify the model number of your purchased ATI card.
You can find the model number of your ATI card on the packaging. As shown in the image, this is an HD 7970 card. For laptop users, the model number of the card can be found in the laptop's specifications section.
Step 2: Download the latest Driver
Go to http://support.amd.com/en-us/download Here and fill in the information in lines 1 through 4 on the screen.
- Line 1: Choose Desktop Graphics for desktop discrete cards, Notebook Graphics for laptop discrete cards.
- Line 2: Select HD Series if your ATI card contains the term HD, for example, HD 6670, HD 7750
- Line 3: Choose 7xxx for 7750, 7770 or 6xxx for example, 6670…
- Line 4: Select your operating system.

Next, click on Display Result and a new page will appear. Click download Lastest Beta Driver.
After downloading and installing, the program will have an interface like this:
