How to Use GrabMart's 'Personal Shopper' Service
Currently, the GrabMart 'Personal Shopper' service is only available for testing for users residing in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and for specific accounts. In the near future, this service may be expanded to other provinces and cities nationwide.
Orders placed using GrabMart's service will be directly sent to partners affiliated with Grab (supermarkets, convenience stores, retail chains...). Grab drivers simply need to go to the designated locations, pick up the orders, and deliver them to users. Procedures like order memorization, purchasing on behalf, and then payment, similar to GrabFood, will be streamlined to shorten the order fulfillment time.
GrabMart's '4.0 Era Grocery Shopping' service, launched by Grab at this current time, is deemed extremely useful and timely in response to the government's recommendation to avoid gatherings and crowded places during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Currently, GrabMart's 'Personal Shopper' service has been previously launched in some Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. Vietnam becomes the fourth country to trial this technology-driven ride-hailing service.
