Reading the usage instructions inside the cooker helps users understand the basic cooking modes commonly used. As most electronic rice cookers have control panels that are not in Vietnamese, this action will enable you to use the basic function of cooking rice, followed by other expanded functions such as cooking porridge, stewing, baking... supporting modes (standard cooking/quick cooking/slow cooking, timer cooking, warming...)

Cooking Guidelines.
Start by thoroughly rinsing the rice and placing it in the pot. Pour water according to the specified water level. To avoid electrical shock or rapid pot damage, use a soft cloth to dry the inside of the pot before placing it in. Align the pot base with the cooker, and when the lid is securely closed, you will hear a “click” sound. Then press the lid firmly. Plug in and press the “MENU” button to start selecting one of the following cooking modes:
- Regular rice cooking button: PLAIN RICE
– Porridge Cooking Button: PORRIDGE/ CONGEE
– Mixed Rice Cooking Button: MIXED RICE
– Glutinous Rice Cooking Button: GLUTINOUS RICE
– Cake/ Bread Making Button: CAKE/ BREAD
– Precision Cooking Button: SLOW COOK
After completing the above steps, you will proceed to select the timer cooking mode. If you want to change the cooking method while the pot is in operation, press the “WARM/OFF” button and press “MENU” to reselect your desired cooking mode.

Press the “TIMER” button to schedule the cooking time; the set time will appear on the screen. Choose a time between 1h and 24h, then press the “PRESET” button to configure the mode. When the rice is cooked, the pot will emit a series of beeps to notify you. At this point, press the 'OFF' button to end the cooking process and unplug for safety in subsequent uses.
