- Viettel 5511 Credit Advance Conditions: To be eligible for Viettel credit advance via hotline 5511, your subscription must be using Viettel's prepaid service, the account balance must be less than 1,000VND, and it must be active bidirectional for 90 days or more. Additionally, the total phone usage amount in the last 3 consecutive months must exceed 150,000VND.
