Access Settings. Use the shortcut Win + I or click on the Windows icon to open the Start menu, then select the gear icon.

Locate the Ease of Access button. It's positioned beside a clock icon made of dashed lines.

Locate the Keyboard button. You'll find it in the left panel under the section labeled 'Interaction.'
