According to the announcement from the General Department of Taxation regarding the upgrade of the HTKK 4.1.9 application, it meets the requirements for integrating tax offices under the Tax Department of Ha Nam, Lang Son, Da Nang, Dak Lak, Thua Thien Hue, Soc Trang, Hung Yen, Thai Nguyen, Ninh Thuan based on Decision No. 779/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019, Decision No. 780/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019, Decision No. 781/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019, Decision No. 782/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019, Decision No. 783/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019, Decision No. 784/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019, Decision No. 785/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019, Decision No. 796/QD-BTC dated 14/05/2019, Decision No. 797/QD-BTC dated 14/05/2019 of the Minister of Finance. Additionally, the new version also upgrades and addresses some issues encountered during the deployment of HTKK 4.1.8.

HTKK 4.1.9 updates tax offices in Ha Nam province
- Download HTKK 4.1.9 software here.
* System requirements: Taxpayers' computers must be able to install HTKK 4.1.9
- Tax declaration computers should run on Windows XP (SP2, SP3), Win7, Win 8, Win 8.1, Win 10 (iOS and MAC OS are not supported).
- Computers need to have .NET Framework 3.5 or higher installed. Users can download the latest NET Framework installer here.
1. Update the tax office directory of relevant functions in the HTKK application
- Update the names of Tax Departments under the Provincial Tax Department of Ha Nam according to Decision No. 779/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019 of the Minister of Finance, as detailed in the table below:
- Update the names of Tax Departments under the Provincial Tax Department of Lang Son according to Decision No. 780/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019 of the Minister of Finance.
- Update the names of Tax Departments under the Provincial Tax Department of Da Nang according to Decision No. 781/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019 of the Minister of Finance.
- Update the names of Tax Departments under the Provincial Tax Department of Dak Lak according to Decision No. 782/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019 of the Minister of Finance.
- Update the names of Tax Departments under the Provincial Tax Department of Thua Thien Hue according to Decision No. 783/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019 of the Minister of Finance.
- Update the names of Tax Departments under the Provincial Tax Department of Soc Trang according to Decision No. 784/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019 of the Minister of Finance.
- Update the names of Tax Departments under the Provincial Tax Department of Hung Yen according to Decision No. 785/QD-BTC dated 10/05/2019 of the Minister of Finance.
- Update the names of Tax Departments under the Provincial Tax Department of Thai Nguyen according to Decision No. 796/QD-BTC dated 14/05/2019 of the Minister of Finance.
- Update the names of Tax Departments under the Provincial Tax Department of Ninh Thuan according to Decision No. 797/QD-BTC dated 14/05/2019 of the Minister of Finance.
2. Update and address some errors and business requirements arising from HTKK application version 4.1.8
2.1. Update administrative regions
- Update My Hao District to My Hao Town, Hung Yen Province.
2.2. Function to declare individual income tax settlement form (02/QTT-TNCN)
- Update changes to the following constraints, discrepancies will be highlighted in yellow.
2.3. Function to declare Deduction of Personal Income Tax form (06/TNCN)
- Update the sub-item accounting change [32] when printing form 06/TNCN: Accounting sub-item [32] to item 1000, sub-item 1015
2.4. Function to declare Report on receiving and printing fee receipts (BC01/AC)
- Update correct display of default value 'From date - to date' when selecting declaration type as periodic.
Therefore, starting from July 01, 2019, businesses and taxpayers preparing tax declarations related to the aforementioned upgrades will utilize tax declaration functions on HTKK 4.1.9 instead of previous versions.
