In the latest announcement, the General Department of Taxation informs that HTKK 4.2.0 application supplements provincial tax offices in An Giang, Lam Dong, Phu Yen, Quang Binh, and several other provinces nationwide. This is to meet the consolidation requirements of Tax Departments under the Department of Taxation of Provinces/Cities including An Giang, Lam Dong, Phu Yen, Quang Binh, Bac Kan, Nghe An, Quang Ngai, Dien Bien, Hanoi, Hau Giang, Kon Tum, Khanh Hoa, Son La, Long An, Tien Giang, Phu Tho, as well as to facilitate tax declaration according to new architecture and technology.

2.1. Feature for declaring the finalization of personal income tax (05/QTT-TNCN) on the form 05-3BK/QTT-TNCN and the registration form for dependent deductions

- HTKK 4.2.0 updates and supplements constraints when two tax identification numbers (TIN) of the taxpayer jointly declare for one dependent TIN in the same year, a warning will be issued.

2.2. Feature to display notifications for incorrect data rows when loading large data tables

- HTKK 4.2.0 updates the display of notifications for incorrect data in the functionality of loading large data tables in the declaration forms 01/XSBHDC and 05/QTT-TNCN.

Streamlined function for Filing Personal Income Tax Returns (02/PITR)

- HTKK 4.2.0 update now displays [From month - To month] on the tax form in alignment with the [From month - To month] on the tax calculation screen.

Enhanced feature for Printing Report on Invoice Usage Status (BC26/AC)

- HTKK 4.2.0 update ensures complete data display in column [15] when printing data on the BC26/AC sample form.

Improved feature for Printing Supplementary Declaration of Foreign Contractor Tax (01/SD-FCT)

- HTKK 4.2.0 update ensures complete data display when printing supplementary declaration 01/SD-FCT.

Advanced function for Extracting Declaration for Lottery Companies, Insurance 01/XSBHDC

- HTKK 4.2.0 update correctly extracts data from the card when generating XML declaration for quarterly declarations: takes the start date value of the quarter, takes the value of the last day of the quarter.

Enhanced feature for Extracting Declaration for Asset Leasing Activities

- HTKK 4.2.0 updates the data when extracting declarations for payments following the principle: Quarterly declaration type, taking the value from [From date] in the tax calculation period information.
